I know and understand just how hard you’ve worked to get to where you are right now, because I’ve been through the same journey – the sleepless nights, the tension headaches, the overwhelming pressure and the wishing for a few more hours in the day, every day. 

I also understand how difficult and scary it can be to hand over the reins to someone else, you want (and need) to find someone who will look after and care about your business the way you do, and finding the right somebody is one of the hardest parts of running a business. You not only need to find someone with the ability and the skills, but you also need someone you can trust and rely upon, they need to share your vision, values and passion and understand you and your business.

Not only do I know and understand the type of person you’re looking for, but I also know the list of tasks you find yourself battling with on a daily basis – there’s the tasks you love to do, and those you don’t, the tasks you can do but shouldn’t be, and lastly there’s the tasks you don’t know how to do yourself – and trying to keep on top of the never ending list is affecting your business, your passion, your personal life and your sanity!
